Define the accepted product groups, expected monthly volumes, battery content, RMA references and sender details. Use a returns address only after written acceptance for the programme. The return address, legal recipient and carrier instructions must match the agreed operation.

Record, inspect and decide

The agreed intake can include item identification, photographs, accessories, packaging and the reported fault. Authorised decisions may include restocking, testing, repair coordination, replacement, buyback, remarketing or recycling. Warranty eligibility remains a decision of the responsible manufacturer or seller.

Carrier and brand requirements

Tell us whether your programme uses DHL, FedEx/TNT, UPS or another carrier. Compatibility and acceptance are assessed for the relevant country, contract and goods; no carrier partnership is implied. Damaged, recalled or defective batteries require a separately approved transport and receiving process.

Send brand, model/SKU list, condition grades, monthly return volumes, countries, dimensions, weights, battery details and required reporting. Service scope, acceptance limits, fees and any turnaround targets are agreed before the operation begins.
